Paul is a member of InterNACHI, and is certified to perform Mold testing, Radon testing, Infrared scans, and is an FAA part-107 licensed drone pilot.
From a young age, Paul has worked with Investors and Rehab Construction and is a licensed REALTOR in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
